Executive Decisions, as a subcontractor to Intelligent Decisions provides Help Desk customer support to assist DLA Transaction Services customers around the world whose business hours and business days are different than the DLA Transaction Services business day. This support is courteous, professional frontline phone support to all DLA Transaction Services customers, to include but not limited to system and application passwords resets, basic supply requisition status checks, answer basic DLA Transaction Services system questions, provide status check on all customers System Access Request, and creation, update and provide feedback on all problem tickets in the DLA Transaction Services Office. Responsibilities:

  • Answer all customer calls into the DLA Transaction Services Help desk

  • Create/update and/or provide feedback on all customer tickets to customers

  • Use the DLA Transaction Services Remedy system to assign problems and escalate problems

  • Assist with giving or receiving the DLA Transaction Services backup tapes to the Offsite Storage Vendor

Executive Decisions,  as a subcontractor to CACI provided litigation support personnel to the Mega 4 contract which is a competitively awarded vehicle with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for purposes of providing information technology and automated litigation support services to DOJ offices, boards and divisions as well as other federal government agencies.

Executive Decisions, as a subcontractor to Westat provides NAEP Help Desk Agents monitor and respond to incoming phone calls from schools, districts, and NAEP field representatives to support data collection activities during the NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress) study.  Our agents will be assigned to respond to voicemails, emails and engage in live chat support.  This staffing effort will assist with the electronic assessment that is given to the kids in the schools, and the other NAEP team is more focused on the MyNAEP management.

Executive Decisions,  as a subcontractor to Leidos will provide GIS Development consultation to the Uniform Data System (UDS) Modernization Initiative to reduce the reporting burden, improve data quality, and help to more fully measure the impact of Health Center Program services and outcomes. The Initiative includes three major components:

  • UDS Reporting Modernization: Ongoing efforts to simplify the UDS reporting process, reduce reporting burden, and create reporting enhancements for Health Center Program awardees and look-alikes.

  • UDS Content Modernization: Health care delivery models and clinical guidance routinely change and evolve. The UDS tables and content are reviewed continuously to keep pace and improve data quality.

  • UDS Stakeholder Engagement: Stakeholder feedback has always been important to UDS reporting. There are more opportunities to give feedback on UDS reporting enhancements and provide suggestions for changes to UDS tables and measure.
